This Notice governs surinfo.es and provides information required by Spanish Law 34/2002.

2. Purpose
The site presents Surinfo’s industrial and naval technical supply activity and accepts enquiries and RFQs. Content is general information unless a quotation, accepted order or contract expressly states otherwise.
3. Proper use
Access entails acceptance. Users must act lawfully and must not introduce malware, bypass security, access restricted areas, send abusive automated traffic, impersonate others, provide false data or use content unlawfully.
4. RFQs
A form or email is not by itself a binding offer, order acceptance or contract. A relationship is formed only when relevant documents and essential terms are expressly agreed. Users are responsible for accurate specifications.
5. Intellectual property
Text, designs, code, structure, images, documents, trademarks and logos belong to Surinfo or are licensed. Access grants no exploitation licence. Reproduction, distribution, adaptation, public communication or commercial use requires permission except as legally allowed. Third-party marks remain their owners’ property.
6. Accuracy and availability
Features, availability, images, references, times and prices may change and must be confirmed in writing. Surinfo may modify or suspend content for maintenance, security or improvement.
7. Liability
To the lawful extent, Surinfo is not liable for unavoidable interruption, failures beyond control, incompatibility, third-party content or decisions based only on general information. Non-limitable liability and mandatory rights remain unaffected.
8. External links
Links are references and do not imply endorsement. Surinfo does not permanently control linked sites. Report unlawful content to gerencia@surinfo.net.

10. Law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. In B2B relations, absent mandatory law or written agreement, Jerez de la Frontera courts have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer venue and rights, if applicable, remain unaffected.
